This ranch style home is located in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.

The client and their family enjoy having guests and gatherings at their home. The existing backyard terrace was not properly configured to host these events as the client would like.

This project has two major goals:

• replace the entry with a more prominent, welcoming entryway that is visible from the street

• redesign the covered back terrace with areas for cooking, dining, and lounging while activating the beautiful backyard

At the request of the client, these interventions were designed to match the existing style as closely as possible.
